Question: How can I make a reservation?

Answer: We want to make the booking process as easy as possible; fastest way is to check our calendar by clicking the “book a room or bed” -link. Of course, you can also contact us via phone and email.

Question: Why do the room prices change on different days?

Answer: Prices change according to demand, date and promotions. We often have campaigns that you can take advantage of for a cheaper price. On some special days however, our prices are higher than usual.

Question: Do you have any discounts?

Answer: We always aim to give the best possible price for our partners and groups. You get a 10% discount with Hostelling International Card, as long as the reservation is made through our website, by contacting us directly or reserving via HiHostels.com. Valid card must be presented at check in. Please check our current promotions on the Offers-page.

Question: Do you have pet friendly rooms?

Answer: Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets in our hostel or hotel rooms.

Question: I’m underage. Can i still book a bed place in your hostel?

Answer: The age limit to our 4-, 10- and 16-bed dormitories is 18. However you can still book a private room if you have a confirmation letter from your parents. Please contact us for more information.
