Frequently Asked Questions About our Services

Question: Do I need a passport to check-in?

Answer: Yes. For check-in you need a proper ID card or Passport.

Question: Does the Wi-Fi work in every room?

Answer: Wi-Fi works in all the rooms and common spaces.

Question: Can I store my luggage with you after check out?

Answer: Yes. You may also store them if you arrive before the check-in time!

Question: Can I print my travel tickets free of charge?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Can I access the accommodation with a wheelchair?

Answer: The hostel is situated on the first floor and is completely wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately hotel is at the second floor and not accessible with a wheelchair at the moment.

Question: Can I lock up my valuables?
Answer: The dorms have personal storage lockers that you can lock with your own padlock. You can buy a lock from the reception for 14 €. There are also smaller lockers on the corridor which are rented for 4 €.

Question: Are the towels included?
Answer: Hotel rooms always includes towels. In a hostel, private twin rooms includes the towels. In other rooms towels can be rented for €3.

Question: Do you have parking spaces?
Answer: We have 3 parking spaces up for rent for the price of 20€/day.If you’d like to rent a place, please call us beforehand to check availability. There is also simple street parking and a garage right next to our building (the price varies). Ask our reception for more information!

Question: Can I order a breakfast?
Answer: Breakfast is served on weekdays between 8:00-10:30, on weekends between 8:00-11:00. Breakfast can be purchased beforehand when you are making your reservation, for 10€. Otherwise breakfast is available for 12.50€. Group breakfast is also possible.

Question: What do you serve for breakfast?

Answer: Our breakfast buffet includes cereal, granola and porridge,multiple variations o freshly baked bread, ham, cheese, veggies, fruits and of course some coffee, tea and juice. Coffee, tea and juice are also included in the price. Gluten-free products are available, as well as others. There are also options for special diets, just ask the staff.
