How can I make a reservation?

We strive to make the booking process as straightforward as possible. The quickest way is to check availability and book directly through our online calendar by clicking the “Book a room or bed” link. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us via phone or email for assistance.

Why do room prices vary on different days?

Our prices fluctuate based on demand, seasonality, and ongoing promotions. We frequently offer special campaigns that provide discounted rates. However, on certain peak dates or special occasions, prices may be higher than usual.

Do you offer any discounts?

We are committed to offering the best possible rates to our partners and group bookings. Holders of a valid Hostelling International Card receive a 10% discount of Flexible rate bookings when booking through our website, by contacting us directly, or via HiHostels.com. Do you have pet friendly rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets in our hostel or hotel rooms.

I’m underage. Can i still book a bed place in your hostel?

The minimum age requirement for our shared dormitories (4-, 10-, and 16-bed rooms) is 18 years. However, private rooms may be available to younger guests with a parental consent.  Please contact us for more information.
