Frequently Asked Questions About our Services

Do I need a passport to check-in?

Yes. A valid form of identification, such as a passport or government-issued ID card, is required upon check-in.

Does the Wi-Fi work in every room?

Yes. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout all guest rooms as well as common areas.

Can I store my luggage with you after check out?

Yes. We offer luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out for your convenience.

Can I print my travel tickets free of charge?

Yes, printing of travel documents is available free of charge.

Can I access the accommodation with a wheelchair?

Our hostel, located on the first floor, is fully wheelchair accessible. However, the hotel section is on the second floor and is currently not wheelchair accessible.

Can I lock up my valuables?

Dormitory rooms are equipped with personal storage lockers that can be secured using your own padlock. Alternatively, locks are available for purchase at the reception for €12. Additionally, smaller lockers are available in the corridors for rent at €4.

Are the towels included?

Towels are always included in hotel rooms and in private twin rooms within the hostel. For other room types, towels can be rented for €3.

Do you have parking spaces?

We offer three parking spaces for rent at a rate of €20 per day. Please contact us in advance to check availability. There is also street parking nearby as well as a parking garage adjacent to our building, with varying rates. For more information, please inquire at the reception.

Can I order a breakfast?

Breakfast is served on weekdays from 8:00 to 10:30 and on weekends from 8:00 to 11:00. You can pre-purchase breakfast for €10 when making your reservation; otherwise, breakfast is available for €12.50. Group breakfast options are also available upon request.

What do you serve for breakfast?

Our breakfast buffet features cereals, granola, porridge, waffles, a variety of freshly baked breads, cold cuts such as ham and cheese, fresh vegetables, fruits, as well as coffee, tea, and juice. Gluten-free products and options for special dietary needs are available—please ask our staff for assistance.
