Q: Do i need a passport to check-in?
A: Yes. For check-in you need a proper ID card or Passport.
Q: Does the Wi-Fi work in every room?
A: Wi-Fi works in all the rooms and common spaces.
Q: Can I store my luggage with you after check out?

Q: Can I lock up my valuables?
A: The dorms have personal storage lockers that you can lock with your own padlock. You can rent locks from the reception for €2. There are also smaller lockers on the corridor, no lock needed.
Q: Are the towels included?
A: Towel is included in single and twin room price. In other rooms, towels can be rented for €2.
Q: Do you have parking spaces?
A: Unfortunately, at the moment no but we are working hard to get them! The best parking area is located in Sairaalankatu (400 metres away), where you can find approximately 40 free spots. Look for a sign ‘Maksuton pysäköinti’ and after it, parking is free. There is also simple street parking and a garage right next to our building. Ask our reception for more information! 🙂
Q: Can I order a breakfast?
A: Breakfast is served on weekdays between 7:30-10:30, on weekends between 7:30-11:00. It is included in the hotel room price. Breakfast is available for hostel guests for 8.50€. Group breakfast is also possible. If you’re getting breakfast for a group of more than 10 people, ask for a discount.
Q: What do you serve for breakfast?
A: Our breakfast buffet includes cereal, granola and porridge, bread from the local bakery, ham, cheese, veggies, fruits and of course some coffee, tea and juice.
Q: Do you have a sauna?
A: For our guests, Tullin Sauna offers a traditional Finnish sauna experience for a discounted price. Saunas are located in the same place than our reception. Take a look at https://www.tullinsauna.fi/en/ and just take your swimwear with you!
Q: I’m underage. Can i still book a bedplace in your hostel?
A: The age limit to our 4-, 10- and 16-bed dormitories is 18. However you can still book a private room if you have a confirmation letter from your parents. Please contact us for more information.
